Flex Your Memory: Boot Camp for Your Brain

This three-session workshop focuses on workforce readiness. New jobs entail a steep learning curve. The memory methods you'll learn in this class will help you prepare smarter for an interview or hit the ground running on day one of a new job. Names and faces, facts and figures, and numbers in any context will become a snap.

This three-session course is offered through Dutchess Community College's Continuing Education program.

It meets on three consecutive Saturdays from 9:30 - 11:00am: March 30, April 6, and April 13. The cost is $49.
